Early Life and Education
Lamsal was born in Dang District, Nepal, and completed his schooling at Tulsi Higher Secondary English School in Tulsipur. In 2014, he received a scholarship from the Government of Russia to study medicine at the First Pavlov State Medical University of St. Petersburg, where he completed his specialist degree in 2021.
Medical and Volunteer Career
